Seperate large 'inflate and adjust' and 'deflate' valves make for easy setup and pack-up. Being much lighter compared to the carry bag filled with a towel or clothing, the Air and Foam Headrest can be located higher up on the chair back - perfect for taller campers. It can also be used as a bed pillow
