The Appetito Stainless Steel Potato Ricer comes with three interchangeable discs for fine, medium and course settings. Simply fill the potato ricer with boiled potatoes and close the lid. The potato will be forced through the ricer in one easy motion for a smooth mash or a fine puree, depending on the disc selected. Tackle a kilogram of potatoes in just minutes!
